Terms of cooperation

Individuals and companies interested in establishing cooperation with E-PSILON are asked to deliver by e-mail the following:

• Registration documents of the company or documents confirming business activity. The demanded documents are

  • Copy of certificate of entry into business activity register or copy of valid excerpt from KRS
  • Copy of registration of REGON number
  • Copy of registration of VAT-id number
• Please send information about a person authorized to make orders, collect documentation and collect of the goods on order.
