DELIVERY OF GOODS

• Orders for ready-made products are processed within two business days of receipt.
• The ordered goods are delivered by an external carrier or courier company.
• Orders placed by 11:00 a.m. are delivered the following day.
• Epsilon covers the full delivery cost when the individually agreed minimum order requirement is met.

If the delivered goods are found to be non-compliant, the parcel packaging or security seals have been tampered with, or the goods have been damaged in transit, the recipient must prepare a discrepancy report in the presence of the carrier’s representative immediately upon delivery. The report, signed by both the recipient and the courier, must be sent to Epsilon by registered mail.

• Please submit orders in writing by email to e-psilon@e-psilon.pl
• Only persons named by the customer in the relevant documents, if such documents have been issued, are authorised to place orders on the customer’s behalf.
• Acceptance of an order may be confirmed by a VAT invoice, pro forma invoice, written confirmation, electronic confirmation, or telephone contact with the recipient.
• By placing an order, you accept the Terms and Conditions and the Delivery Terms.
