Delivery

• Order lead-time of products in stock from receiving of an order is 2 working days
• Ordered products are delivered to the client by external carrier or a delivery company.
• Goods ordered before 11 a.m. are delivered next working day.
• Total cost of delivery is covered by E-psilon for MOQ individually agreed with the client.

Claims concerning product non-conformity damage of the packing or safety tapes or any damage to the goods in transportation, the customer is required to prepare a protocol of non-conformity in presence of the delivery agent immediately at the order collection. The protocol signed both, by the customer and the delivery agent should be sent by registered mail to
E-psilon.

Orders

• Please place orders in a written form to e-psilon@e-psilon.pl
• Only authorized persons as per submitted documentation are entitled to place orders on behalf of the customer.
• The form of confirmation of the order being placed is: VAT invoice, pro-forma invoice, written confirmation, electronic confirmation or phone call between us and the customer.
• By placing an order you accept our Terms of Delivery.
